Confidentiality and security of personal information

Provision of information by the client (user):

• If User registers on the site, the following information will be provided: Name, Surname, e-mail address, password for the site.

Use of information submitted by the user and available to the Seller.

The Seller uses information for the following purposes:
• to register the User on the Site;
• to honour/meet its obligations to the User;
• to assess and analyse the utility of the Site;
• to determine the winner if the Seller is carrying out promotional activities.

Disclosure of the information received by the Seller:

The seller undertakes not to disclose the received information from the User.
It is not considered an infringement on information disclosure the data provided by the Seller to the agents and third parties that have previously signed the cooperation agreement with the Seller  in order to honour its obligations to the User.
·    It is not considered an infringement on information disclosure the data provided by the Seller as per the argued conditions and applied under the law in force.
·    The seller has the right to use "cookies" option. „Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not transmitted to the third parties.
·     The Seller receives information about the visitor IP-address on the www.filatelia.md site. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
·    The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the User in those that concerns the  public information to be placed on the site.
