Purchase and delivery terms and conditions of the postage stamps on Internet shop for foreign customers.
1. Generally
1.1 The following terms and conditions are applicable for the commercialization through Internet of the philatelic products issued by S.E. “Posta Moldovei”, to the foreign customers, to be paid in advance by credit card.
1.2 The following philatelic products are intended for sales through the Internet shop:
- Issues of postage stamps, miniature sheets, mailing lists;
- postcards „maximum”;
- First day covers;
2. Customers registering
2.1 The foreign customers can register on the web site. For registering the customer must indicate his name, surname, e-mail, password and the address for delivering of the ordered goods.
3. Payment terms
3.1 All products and services of the Internet shop www.filatelia.md are paid with a VISA/MasterCard bank cards on the following secure webpage https://secure.e-centru.com of the "ECENTRU-COM" S.A. Company, address:, 40, S. Lazo str., Chisinau, Moldova. With a view to keep the operation’s confidentiality, the cards’ numbers are not disclosed by the company.
3.2 In order to determine the risk of the transaction, in conformity with the introduced information by the customer, the verification of this information is effectuated automatically by the anti-fraud system.
3.3 The payment for the merchandise shall be performed only by the natural persons, using their own credit cards.
3.4 The maximal limit for one order is 50 issues of postage stamps.
4. Prices
4.1 The price list for the philatelic products are indicated on the webpage of the Internet shop www.filatelia.md and can be modified without a previous notification of the customers.
5. Delivery terms and conditions
5.1 The ordered goods will be delivered by the insured value postal item.
5.2 The delivery charge is paid by the customer.
5.3 The delivery charge includes: customs charge, delivery charge according to the destination country taxes, bank charges.
5.4 The orders exceeding one hundred and fifty (Euro150) Euro will be delivered free of charge.
5.5 The delivery period of the goods is 14 days.
5.6 Within two days from the delivery date, the customer will be notified, by e-mail, about the receiving date and the number of the insured value postal item.
6. Return of the products and the order cancellation.
6.1 In the event of a total loosing or damaging of the insured value postal item the customer will be indemnified with the full amount in DTS of the insured value. If the amount is lower than 150 Euro, the customer will be indemnified with the delivery charge only.
6.2 In the event, of a partial loosing or damaging of the insured value postal item, the customer will be indemnified with the amount in DTS, that corresponds to the real cost of the spoliation. However, this amount can’t overrun the amount in DTS, of the insured value.
6.3 In connection with the incorrect delivery or defective goods, the Customer must immediately submit a complaint in writing to the destination office and state the problem therein.
6.4 The ordered philatelic goods could not be returned.
6.5 The order could not be cancelled.
